As a Security Officer Patrol Driver - Full Time in Wisconsin Dells, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout resort buildings, guest areas, parking areas, amenities, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, property damage, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Assist with access control, visitor inquiries, and directions while maintaining a welcoming presence for guests and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
