As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Saturday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
• Sunday: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving patients, visitors, or facility operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
