As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns with integrity, teamwork, and the agile, reliable approach of Allied Universal.

Pay Rate: $16.88 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sat: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and daily activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
