Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in Miami, FL to patrol and protect client sites while delivering professional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and report findings.

This role offers flexible weekend hours and the chance to grow within a large, nationwide security organization. Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a valid driver ess license for driving posts, and the ability to work nights as shown

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, personnel, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and designated site contacts.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:
