Job summary

Allied Universal in Fresno, TX is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (CPR Support) to protect clients across technology workplace facilities and other sites. You will patrol, monitor access points, and deliver courteous customer service while maintaining logs and responding to incidents.

The position offers flexible shifts, the ability to claim additional hours through our shift platform, and opportunities for training and future career growth within Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• At least six months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology workplace facilities, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities clearly and promptly while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.26 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
