Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production‑adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials and visitor procedures, and document the entry and exit of authorized personnel, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, and security‑related activities while maintaining professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
