Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and other critical situations calmly while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Support compliance with facility emergency procedures, including evacuation and hazardous-material response protocols.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, chemical release notifications, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, loading areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
• Support compliance with facility emergency procedures, including evacuation, shelter-in-place, and hazardous-material response protocols as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
