Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• A valid guard card or license preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience preferred.
• Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. • Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• X‑ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
