Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, seeks a part-time Unarmed Security Officer for Claude, TX. You will patrol the site, deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible presence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Background histories considered in compliance with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
