Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor entry records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate maintenance or security concerns to site leadership.

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. Use computer or tablet systems to document observations, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service while working with integrity, teamwork, and care.

Pay Rate: $14.91 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate observed maintenance, facility, or security-related concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
