Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will undergo a background investigation as required by law.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by following security procedures.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, surrounding grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; report suspicious activity, access issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
