Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Wilson, NC to provide reliable security coverage with fixed shifts and flexible extra shifts.

The role offers $17.00 per hour with a schedule 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Thursdays, and opportunities to earn more via the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. Candidates must meet minimum requirements including a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing visitors to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Wilson, NC, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
