As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will provide a welcoming presence, monitor access, assist visitors, and communicate professionally with employees and guests. You will help address security-related concerns, maintain awareness of site activity, and support a positive environment through exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the financial services location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, provide professional reception support, and communicate visitor arrivals, deliveries, and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established procedures.
• Maintain accurate front-desk records and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
