Job summary

Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Fletcher, NC. You will provide a visible security presence, perform routine patrols, and assist with access control and customer service at a fast-paced distribution site.

This role offers Saturday and Sunday shifts with a pay rate of $20.53 per hour. The position supports flexible scheduling and the chance to earn additional shifts through our Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouse access points, parking areas, trailer yards, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the distribution location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor entry, and reporting unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
