• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, directing individuals and reporting concerns to leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations and policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or the public while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, directing individuals to appropriate locations and reporting concerns to designated personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
