Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for Mobile Patrol in Renton, WA. You will safeguard clients across aerospace/defense locations, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing a leading security firm.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.87 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.


• Monitor access activity and verify credentials as directed by site-specific procedures, documenting observations and escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel.


• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Access control/badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
