• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and document observations and patrols per site procedures.
• Follow site protocols and communicate relevant information to supervisors.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, assist with badge-related activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Support a professional environment by following Allied Universal and client site protocols, maintaining awareness of changing conditions, and communicating relevant information to supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
