Join Allied Universal as a Security Professional supporting a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver compassionate customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare and life sciences environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, laboratories, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports in accordance with site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and first responders while supporting a professional and controlled site environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.ip
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
