Responsibilities

• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report concerns to personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly following procedure and notify leadership or emergency services.
• Complete activity logs and patrol documentation per site requirements.

Pay Rate: $23.68 / Hour

• Sat: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM
• Sun: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, technology spaces, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access-control concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established response procedures and notifying Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
