Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations following site procedures and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

What You'll Do
