Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees while following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage access points, verify authorization, issue credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Maintain an orderly lobby and support daily building operations while deterring unauthorized entry.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

• Mon: 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Tue: 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Wed: 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.
• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, issue and collect access credentials, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly, professional lobby and entry environment while helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting daily building operations.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
