Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; drug screen per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity across building common areas, parking facilities, and exterior grounds.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and building inquiries, ensure adherence to access procedures.
• Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and irregular conditions in reports and communicate concerns to site contacts.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $17.85 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.


• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations and relevant details according to site procedures.


• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and building-related inquiries, and support adherence to property access procedures.


• Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and irregular conditions in required reports and communicate concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
