• Licensing may be required by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, and building perimeter; document observations and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions; deter unauthorized entry through presence and policy enforcement.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations; notify appropriate contacts and write incident reports.
• Perform routine security checks such as door and gate status, lighting observations, and alarm panel indications; communicate updates to supervision.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and visitors, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly while documenting observations. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter; document observations and report maintenance or access concerns to site contacts.
• Monitor access points and authorized entry procedures, assist with visitor directions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through presence and policy enforcement.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and write clear incident reports.
• Perform routine security-related checks such as door and gate status, lighting observations, and alarm panel indications when applicable; communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site management.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
