As an Unarmed Patrol Professional at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and collaborate with a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, managing access in restricted areas, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with location procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and location contacts

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
