Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (Part Time) in Atlanta, GA. Provide high-quality customer service while patrolling and safeguarding facilities in a hospital-style environment.

Responsibilities include unarmed patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and detailed reporting. The role supports a flexible schedule with shift options and a focus on safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and following established entry and exit procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

What You’ll Do
