Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Emergency Preparedness Patrol in Atlanta, GA. You will safeguard clients across industries, conduct patrols, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service while upholding security policies.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, monitoring access points, and maintaining detailed documentation for leadership. Must meet minimum requirements and be prepared for background checks and drug screening per regulations.

Formación

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Emergency Preparedness Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures; report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security‑related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or a college degree.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
