Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk and follow site policies.
• Monitor building access, verify visitor credentials, and issue passes as authorized.
• Receive and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per established procedures and communicate with the team.
• Help maintain a professional lobby and deter unauthorized access through courteous engagement.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access to the building, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes as authorized, and maintain accurate visitor and/or contractor records.
• Receive and direct phone calls, deliveries, and inquiries in a professional manner while maintaining awareness of activity in the lobby and entrance areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and promptly communicating concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining a professional lobby environment and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access-control practices and courteous engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
