• Valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communications systems; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by providing directions, answering routine inquiries, receiving deliveries, and documenting daily activities and incidents.

What You’ll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
