Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies.
• Greet visitors, employees, vendors, and other guests; verify identification and visitor authorization; and issue visitor credentials in accordance with location requirements.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from a stationary front desk post, reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergency situations, and customer concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and shift communications while helping to deter unauthorized access to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
