What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other assigned systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response procedures.
• Assist with tenant and visitor inquiries, provide directions within the commercial property, and help maintain an orderly, professional lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
