Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Security Officer in Atlanta, GA. You will greet visitors, verify access, and maintain a safe, professional lobby environment while coordinating with tenants and building staff.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (preferred).
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Manage visitor registration, issue and collect access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate front-desk records.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 06:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
