Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees at a retail front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, issue passes/badges, and maintain sign-in records.
• Receive and direct visitors, answer incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate concerns to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and according to established emergency procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and employees at a retail front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner according to established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report suspicious activity, policy violations, or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
