Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors via site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify authorization, manage guest/vendor access, and log visitor records.
• Monitor front-desk communications, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain professional front-desk presence and deter unauthorized access through proper access-control.

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify authorization, manage guest and vendor access, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site policies.
• Monitor front-desk communications, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems, and promptly report unusual activity or equipment concerns.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide directions and general assistance, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access-control practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
