Pay Rate: $21.31 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Thur 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sat 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun 04:00 PM - 08:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, families, staff, and guests by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the memorial park grounds, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vehicle activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
