• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity as required, reporting anomalies.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken in clear, accurate reports.

Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other designated areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site requirements, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and actions taken in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only
