Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials as directed, reporting access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or responders.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications as required.

Pay Rate: $22.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.
• Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
