Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, screen visitors and vendors, and maintain access records.
• Control entry and exit of employees, contractors, drivers, and delivery personnel; direct authorized individuals to areas as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, dock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You\'ll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, screen visitors and vendors, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Control entry and exit of employees, contractors, drivers, and delivery personnel, directing authorized individuals to designated areas as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
