You will perform routine patrols and provide exceptional customer service within a dynamic team. The position offers part-time hours with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and a schedule that includes night shifts.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and entry requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and access records and communicate concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, access points, business areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and entry requirements in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and access-related records, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, access points, business areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued license for security-related work is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
