Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Vehicle Patrol in Clinton, MS. This role provides reliable, fixed shifts at an automotive manufacturing site with the option to earn more by taking additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

The position is ideal for individuals 18+ with a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry/exit points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting actions and notifying leadership.
• Complete daily activity, incident, and patrol reports for site leaders and management.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Vehicle Patrol in Clinton, MS, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, entry and exit points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while communicating relevant observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
