What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying identification, reviewing visitor authorization, issuing temporary credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and access-related logs.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions.
• Operate access control, alarm, camera, and communication systems in accordance with site procedures while protecting confidential information and maintaining professional interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
