As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, and report irregularities to site leadership.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Prior access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
