Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access to the residential community, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions requiring attention.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
