Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Los Angeles, CA. You will serve and safeguard clients across Commercial Real Estate and other sectors, conducting foot and vehicle patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

As a Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
