Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify credentials, manage visitor/driver access and document activity.
• Respond to access-control incidents and alarms calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises including perimeter, parking and loading zones.
• Maintain logs, reports and incident documentation and communicate with leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location; verify credentials, manage visitor and driver access, and document access-related activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business, perimeter, parking areas, and loading or receiving zones, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
