Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial location.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors, issue visitor credentials, and direct to areas.
• Monitor access, cameras, alarms, and report irregularities per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with management and responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for a welcoming lobby.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional first point of contact, greeting visitors, confirming appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor building access, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area; report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with property management, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, access records, and other required documentation while supporting a welcoming and professional lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
