Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities within a financial institution environment.
• Monitor and dispatch security-related personnel in response to alarms, access concerns, service requests, incidents, and critical situations, maintaining a calm, problem-solving approach.
• Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate security-related information through dispatch systems, radios, telephones, and incident reporting tools.
• Maintain awareness of site activity through monitoring systems and communications, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel according to established procedures.
• Support regular and random patrol activities around the business and perimeter by coordinating assignments, tracking officer status, and documenting relevant observations.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
