Job summary

Cerasus is seeking a Security Officer for a part-time role in Cincinnati, OH. You will provide client-facing security services, monitor sites, and enforce site-specific policies. The position requires responsible patrols, incident response, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by client site.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak the English Language proficiently.
• Must Pass Computer Literacy Test to show competency in basic technology usage.
• 1 year of verifiable experience in security or comparable industries.
• Be willing and able to complete Crisis Prevention Institute curriculum.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state and local laws; may have criminal histories.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations; a valid driver’s license may be required.
