As a Security Officer Part Time Badge Enrollment in Boca Raton, FL, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site‑specific procedures and access‑control policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorization for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries, and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle access records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of clubhouse areas, recreational amenities, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report security‑related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site management, residents, and emergency responders, documenting incidents and unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
