As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service. You will communicate clearly with visitors, employees, and local responders while upholding Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting observations and reporting incidents to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Maintain required firearms qualifications, permits, and equipment in accordance with company policy, site requirements, and applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
