• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly, following site procedures and armed post requirements.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Document incidents and daily activities and communicate information to supervision and site management.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to store personnel, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable armed post requirements.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, patrols, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
